The clash is scheduled for this Friday, November 15, at the mammoth AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, marking Tyson's return to professional boxing after a hiatus since 2005.
How to Catch the Fight Night
For those eager to witness this battle of generations, the only way to watch the live action is on Netflix this Friday. If you’re a Verizon customer, there’s good news: you could snag a year of Netflix Premium for free if you bundle it with another subscription on Verizon's +play platform, which includes choices like Paramount+, NBA League Pass, and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
If you're new to Netflix, subscriptions start at $6.99 a month for a plan with full HD resolution, albeit with adverts. For an ad-free experience, the Standard plan at $15.49 a month might be more your speed. And for those wanting the ultimate viewing experience, the $22.99 plan offers Ultra HD resolution on up to four devices simultaneously.

The Stakes Are High
It’s been over a decade and a half since Tyson, once the youngest Heavyweight Champion in history, competed in a professional bout. His last appearance in the ring was an exhibition match in 2020 against Roy Jones Jr. Meanwhile, Jake Paul, known for his knockout power, last fought earlier this year, securing a first-round knockout against Ryan Bourland.
The matchup itself will consist of eight two-minute rounds—a format that Tyson insists will guarantee more intense action. But with a 30-year age gap and a significant height difference—Paul stands at 6ft 1in, while Tyson is 5ft 10in—the dynamics are unpredictable. Tyson's track record shows he's faced and conquered taller opponents before, so height alone might not dictate the outcome of this match.

What Else to Expect
Adding to the night’s excitement, the event will also feature a co-main bout between undisputed super lightweight world champion Katie Taylor and unified featherweight champion Amanda “The Real Deal” Serrano, setting the stage for a thrilling evening of boxing.
As fight night approaches, fans are left wondering: Can the veteran Tyson deliver a performance reminiscent of his glory days, or will the younger, agile Paul prove too much to handle? Only time will tell, but one thing is for certain—this is one event you won’t want to miss.
