The streaming platform is set to play host to one of the most highly-anticipated events in boxing history as 'El Gallo de Dorado' Jake Paul steps into the ring with 'The Baddest Man on the Planet', Mike Tyson.

The pair will go head-to-head on November 15 at the AT&T Stadium in Texas in front of approximately 80,000 fans, with the news being confirmed just months after Tyson was forced to pull out of their earlier fight after suffering an ulcer flare-up in May.

Ahead of the epic event, Netflix has proposed a list of controversial rule changes.

The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation has officially sanctioned Friday night's fight as a professional heavyweight match, however, it does come with several unique modifications compared to your standard fight.

Tyson and Paul will fight in eight, two-minute rounds rather than the standard 10-12 rounds at three minutes each.

There will also be a difference in the gloves worn. Both fighters will wear heavier 14-ounce gloves rather than the usual 10-ounce gloves in order to minimize the chances of a complete knock-out.

The change comes amid the drama surrounding the 58-year-old veteran, the 27-year-old entertainer, who came face to face at the weigh-in on Thursday night where fans were treated to dramatic scenes as the former world heavyweight champion slapped the YouTuber across the face.

The other fights set for the main card include Neeraj Goyat vs. Whindersson Nunes in the Super Middleweight division, Mario Barrios vs. Abel Ramos for Barrios' WBC welterweight title in the Welterweight division, Katie Taylor vs. Amanda Serrano for Taylor's IBF, WBA, WBC, and WBO women's super-lightweight titles in the Super Lightweight division.

The preliminary rounds will see Bruce Carrington vs Dana Coolwell, Lucas Bahdi vs. Armando Casamonica, and Shadasia Green vs Melinda Watpool for the women’s WBO super middleweight title.
