In a showdown that gripped millions of viewers worldwide, the YouTuber-turned-boxer outscored Tyson in a bout that, while devoid of the promised knockout, still managed to deliver plenty of drama inside Dallas' AT&T Stadium.

Despite neither fighter sustaining injuries during their eight-round tussle, the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, which oversaw the event, has mandated a substantial rest period for both men.

Reflecting the physical toll of the fight, each boxer is slated for a 24-day hiatus from the ring—a span calculated at three days of rest for every hard-fought round.

While the fight itself may have left some fans yearning for more of the explosive action typically associated with Tyson's bouts, it's clear the event's reverberations are far from over.

As reported by The Mirror, both fighters will be under a mandatory suspension, effectively sidelining them from any bouts for close to three weeks, a standard precaution to ensure their full recovery.

However, the plot thickens with Tyson, who at 58, astonished many by stepping back into the professional arena after 19 years. Despite the unanimous decision in favor of Paul, Tyson's spirits were high.

Speaking to Netflix post-fight, he left a tantalizing hint about his future, expressing satisfaction with his performance and teasing the possibility of future matches, per The Mirror.

When asked about hanging up his gloves, Tyson was noncommittal, hinting at the potential for more bouts, possibly even against Logan Paul, Jake’s brother and fellow influencer-turned-boxer who was ringside.

"I don't know. It depends on the situation. I don't think so," Tyson remarked about retiring. His acknowledgment of Logan Paul as a potential adversary only adds fuel to the speculative fire about his next move.

On the flip side, Jake Paul, ever the showman, took the opportunity to express his reverence for Tyson, labeling him "the greatest to ever do it" and an "icon."

For Paul, facing Tyson was not just another fight but a monumental occasion, marking a peak moment in his meteoric rise within the sport.

As both fighters reflect on the bout and their enforced rest, the boxing community remains abuzz, pondering the implications of the fight and eagerly awaiting the next chapters in the storied careers of both Tyson and Paul.

Who knows what the future holds, but for now, the world watches and waits.
