A behind-the-scenes video from the set of Strangers Things season four has been released.
The clip was made public on the show's official Twitter account, and it features the entire cast (yes, including Hopper, aka David Harbour) assembling for the table read of the script. It was captioned: "hop told us to leave the door open 3 inches…you're welcome."
And if the clip is anything to go by, the cast are just as excited about the upcoming season as its fans are, with Sadie Sink, better known as Max, saying: "Oh my God it’s happening!"

So, based on this tantalizing video, it's a pretty safe bet that Hopper will be back for season four, even though season three appeared to wrap up the aftermath of his apparent death.
Season three also saw Joyce abandon Hawkins, Will and Jonathon depart from the show, and Eleven being left even more alone in the world without Hopper, who was her parent figure.
In short, the Stranger Things gang as we knew it was no more. However, if the behind-the-scenes video is anything to go by, that won't be the case for long.
A teaser trailer was also recently released, which added further weight to the theories that Hopper is still alive - instead of being dead, he was actually being held in a Russian prison just as season three suggested!
If you haven't seen it yet, this is the first trailer for Stranger Things season four:

These two videos aside, the details of the upcoming season remain under wraps, so if you're a fan of the hit show, you'll have to follow its updates closely if you want your share of hints before its release.
In the meantime, if you're looking to get your Stranger Things fix, the first three seasons are available to stream on Netflix.
