Bella and Gigi Hadid have taken the model world by storm, with their mom Yolanda Hadid watching from the sidelines as any proud parent would.

But, after her four-year stint on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills resulted in her being savagely memed over the years, Yolanda has had a hard time shaking off criticisms that she is problematic.

Yolanda joined the Beverly Hills instalment of the housewives franchise in 2012 before the careers of her two daughters had taken off. As the series went on, fans noticed the subtle ways she was enforcing restrictive eating and body image issues on her daughters.

One scene, for example, shows Yolanda and her daughter Gigi discussing the latter's desire to continue playing high school volleyball.

"Volleyball is a very masculine sport, modeling is a very feminine thing," before adding: "These girls, they train four hours a day after school so their bodies are big and bulky and they eat like men. I wanted her to develop as a woman."

One TikTok compiles a bunch of Yolanda's alleged 'problematic' moments together in one clip - from telling Gigi she can only have "one night of bad eating" before going back to her diet, telling Gigi that Paris and Milan like their models "on the skinny side," and advising her sick daughter to "have a couple of almonds and chew them really well."

Yolanda's most infamous parenting moment, however, is the widely memed 'birthday cake' episode - where she only allows Gigi, who is celebrating her birthday, to have a tiny, thumb-sized amount of cake.

It was evident throughout the series that Yolanda - a former model herself - was overly concerned about her daughters' bodies and how 'overeating' would affect their chances of becoming successful models.

Now, the 58-year-old Dutch-American has responded to the memes, dubbing herself the worst mom ever in a TikTok that has hilariously backfired.

In the short clip, Yolanda is seen doing various daily tasks - including feeding her goats and watching TV - while eating from a massive bowl of almonds.

Obviously, people still felt like memeing the mom-of-three. I mean, TikTok itself even had a crack, flagging the video as an activity that "could result in you or others getting hurt."

One user commented under the video: "You ate more than the limit!"

While another added: "Remember to chew them really well!!"

"Way too much almonds, 3 almonds is enough for you," someone else chimed in.

Whew, that was a lot, and I feel really weak - this definitely calls for a few almonds. Brb.
