On Saturday, November 7, Joe Biden was declared the projected* winner of the 2020 US presidential election by NBCCNNBBC News, and numerous other media outlets.

On the same day as his opponent's projected win, Trump told his 88.9 million followers in a tweet that has since been deleted that a press conference would take place at the Four Seasons in Philadelphia.

A few minutes later, he corrected himself to say that it would actually be taking place at Four Seasons Total Landscaping, which - you guessed it - is a landscaping company!

Donald Trump's tweets

Needless to say, countless Twitter users took to the social network to roast the president for the choice of venue, with one writing:

"I could write jokes for 800 years and I'd never think of something funnier than Trump booking the Four Seasons for his big presser, and it turning out to be the Four Seasons Total Landscaping parking lot between a d**do store and a crematorium."

Another said: "That awkward moment when Trump's legal team thought they had booked the Four Seasons Hotel to hold a news conference but they had actually booked Four Seasons Landscaping's forecourt located between an undertaker and a porn shop."

Four Seasons Total Landscaping has gone a step further and is now capitalizing on the Trump campaign's apparent faux pas by releasing their own Trump-themed, pun-heavy merchandise.

On the company's website, you can now buy some T-shirts, hoodies, and stickers that read: "Make America Rake Again" and "Lawn and Order".

A Twitter user responded to the company's marketing move, writing: "The folks at the Four Seasons Total Landscaping are now selling t-shirts and stickers reading: 'Make America Rake Again' and 'Lawn and Order!' I just can't."
