Guests at McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Ashford will have a plethora of new and exciting experiences, products and food and drink options to enjoy this Christmas, as the centre's highly anticipated 100,000 square foot expansion has now been completed.

The £90m expansion project makes McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Ashford one of the United Kingdom's foremost shopping, food and homeware destinations, comprising more than 100 stores, restaurants, and cafes.
Another hugely exciting addition to the outlet is the living wall installation, which now boasts the honour of being Europe's largest. The striking feature comprises of 120,000 plants and covers an astonishing 25,000 square feet. The stunning vertical gardens cover the walls of the new entry promenade and many of the new stores to create an arresting spectacle well worth a visit on its own.
To put the notion of Europe's largest living wall installation in perspective, it equates to the length of 60 double-decker buses.
Speaking to Horticulture Week about the benefits of a living wall, Centre Manager of McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Ashford Peter Corr said:
