With so many people all over the world going into quarantine during the coronavirus pandemic, it's clear that not everyone will be keeping up to their usual standards of grooming.
After all, if you're not allowed to leave the house, there's not much point in spending too much time cultivating your appearance. This goes double for hair care: it's pretty unlikely that a fancy haircut will be top of anyone's priorities at the moment.

But before you pick up a pair of scissors, please take a look at the above video, which has gone viral on social media this week, showing a TikTok user having major regrets after she cut her own bangs off out of boredom.
The girl in question is Nicole Cuerpo, and the footage shows her sitting in front of the camera and holding down her bangs, only for her to immediately cut off too much. Opening her mouth in horror, Nicole soon realized what a bad mistake she’d made.
She captioned the footage: "‘Girls on quarantine be like: so far so good… Yes, I know I cut it wrong, I was impulsive and I regret everything.’

However, Nicole isn't the only person to become their own hairdresser. It seems as though even celebrities are hopping on that particular bandwagon. For example, recently pop musician Pink took to Instagram to show her followers the haircut she gave herself.
In the video in question, Pink stated: "Hey, everybody. Okay, listen. This is my PSA. I'm walking in my house and getting ready to vacuum and take a shower and I'm eating pretzels. I don't know how much you guys have been drinking during this whole quarantine thing, but I've decided to make it a sport."
She continued: "I wanted to share something that I did last night. When I drink, I get really, really brilliant ideas, and last night I got an idea: I can cut hair! I can totally cut hair. Why have I been paying people this whole time? Look what I did!"
