If there's one person who knows all about hard work at the gym, its Ariel Winter.
The Modern Family actress really knows how to work up a sweat, and she definitely doesn't neglect her legs and core. While most of us are working on our arms, back, and shoulders, Ariel prefers to slim down through squats.Check out this footage of Ariel's workout routine below:
Many of her fans have been left curious since then about her workout routine. But this week Ariel treated us all to a candid (and somewhat racy) video of her workout routine.
In the video in question, which she uploaded to her official Instagram account, Ariel can be seen showing off a sculpted backside in a black sports bra and black leggings and trainers, while using sliders to perform some painful-looking squats with her personal training.
Ariel captioned the clip: "Just tried this exercise today so it’s not perfect but I’m out here working towards my goals with @mackfit ? [sic]"
In a video uploaded earlier this month, Ariel could also be seen standing on two benches and holding weights, while bending her knees. She captioned that clip: "I am never the most excitedddd person to go to the gym," Ariel wrote in the caption of her post, "but feeling healthier and seeing the work you put in pay off really makes it worth it. [sic]"
In a previous interview with Women's Health regarding her intense workout regime, Ariel emphasized the importance of exercising her core muscle group, stating: "Shoulder taps are an active move that requires you to use your palms to alternately touch the top of your opposite arm while holding your body still. You'll need an engaged core and some serious arm strength to pull off this exercise."
So there you have it: it's clear that Ariel is definitely no slouch when it comes to the gym. Man: I'd hate to see what her leg day looks like!
