Bikini model stuns her followers with dramatic 'five-hour' body transformation

It's a fact that it's impossible to always look your best. Even the most glamorous influencers and celebrities have periods where they aren't as pristine as you might think.

An Australian influencer named Karina Irby has gone viral on social media this week, after stunning her Instagram followers by posting a new image of her dramatic 'five-hour' transformation after suffering from severe bloating.

The 29-year-old designer behind swimwear brand Moana Bikinis, who hails from the Gold Coast, had been left with a swollen belly as a result of her particular eating habits that day.

This model had her bikini photoshoot ruined by the greatest photobomb of all time:

Karina posted two side-by-side photos of herself: one where she was at a supermarket with a swollen stomach, and the other a few hours later where her tummy was totally flat.

Karina captioned the post: "5 HOUR TRANSFORMATION Who else starts the night looking a treat and ends the night looking 6 months pregnant haha. I DOOOOO! [sic]"

She continued: "This is from sitting in the car for 3+ hours in Spanx (?), drinking way too many bottles of water because I was so hungry, and then eating too much Japanese food from accidentally starving myself. [sic]"

She added: "Oh and within an hour or so of getting home, relaxing and taking off those tight clothes my tummy was normal again.
It’s crazy how the body works! And keep in mind every body is different so please don’t judge your own [body's] reactions on someone else’s. But this is just a funny little reminder to not be hard on yourself if your tummy decides to puff up! ? ? [sic]"

While you're at it, check out Bella Lucia's remarkable body transformation:

Karina’s candidness clearly impressed her million-strong followers, and her warts-and-all post now boasts over 50,000 likes and thousands of comments. It just goes to show that real beauty begins and ends with honesty and self-acceptance. Way to go Karina!
