Kim Kardashian has really been stepping up her fitness regime lately. Her bod is looking as tight and toned as its ever been, and while she has been promoting a few dubious products (the lollypops, anyone?), it's clear her strong, slim figure is thanks to the rigorous gym training she does.

A few weeks ago, the 37-year-old uploaded a series of videos of her sisters commenting on how "anorexic" she looked where you can hear Kim squealing with glee and saying "thank you". As you can imagine, this angered a lot of her 116 million fans on Instagram. But while Kim could still improve her attitude and how she talks about her weight, she should be proud of her new figure because she's been working really hard for it.

This was made clear in a few of Kim's most recent Instagram videos taken at her home gym. The mother-of-three uploaded videos of herself which detail her workout routine on "lower body day". Kim has been working out under the guidance of celebrity trainer Melissa Alcantara for quite a while now, and you can see that her workouts have really ramped up over time.

Kim, famous for her voluptuous behind, also revealed how many squats she can do in a single session and believe me when I tell you it's a lot. Despite the fact that she's a mother, a businesswoman and a reality TV star with a busy filming schedule, Kim manages to dedicate a lot of time to the gym. One trick is to go early in the morning, getting most of her workouts out of the way by starting at 6am.

The workout she shared yesterday showed how she did four sets of 30 hip thrusts, four sets of 20 kettlebell swings weighing 30 lbs, four sets of 15 front squats and 1,000 squats. Yes, you read that correctly... 1,000 squats. That's three zeros.

I mean, how long does it even take to do 1,000 squats?! Well, this lady documented herself doing it and it looks like it took around 45 minutes.

That, on top of all those other sets of exercises? I gotta give it to you Kim, you are a MACHINE.

According to People, she recently told E! News that her daily pre-breakfast workouts are an hour-and-a-half long.

"I’ve been working out really hardcore with a bodybuilder for one year," Kim said, referring to Melissa. "September is our one-year anniversary. I work out about an hour-and-a-half every single day, heavy weights. I don’t do a lot of cardio."

"We don’t go crazy on the cardio," echoed Melissa when she spoke about Kim's fitness program to Women's Health a while back. "85 per cent of our training is weight training, and the other 15 is made up of cardio."

Kim's latest videos were from her lower body day, focusing on legs and the butt. On other days, Melissa ensures Kim targets her abs, chest and triceps and back and biceps with other moves.

Keep it up Kim, looks like you're smashing it!
