Man with micropenis reveals heartbreaking two-word comment woman made when she found out about his manhood

A man with a micropenis has opened up about the devastating two-word comment a woman he was dating made when she found out about his manhood.

The 26-year-old, who did not reveal his name, spoke about the painful impact his condition had on his experiences with women in an appearance on Joe Santagato and Greg Dybec's podcast, Other People's Lives.

During the interview, the caller shared that as a child, he realized that his anatomy was different from his peers, and this discovery shaped his sense of self as he started dating during his younger years.

“I cut it off because I was nervous and scared,” he explained, describing how he would often end relationships early because of his anxiety about being judged for his condition. “That’s how it was for a long time. Still is, to be honest,” he added.

The caller revealed that after years of avoiding deeper connections with women, he finally revealed his micropenis to a woman he had "proper feelings for" during a moment of intimacy.

He shared that she tried her best to be kind and not hurt him, but he could tell she was struggling.

“She knew it was terrible, which she tried her hardest not to tell me,” he said. “But she’s an honest person as well, and I could tell... I don’t blame a woman for thinking, ‘I don’t want this.’ I don’t blame that at all.”

After their relationship ended, they remained friends. One day, while at the movies, a sexual scene on the screen prompted the woman to say: “Oh, I’m scared now, I’m nervous.”

The heartbreaking comment, though unintentional, was a painful reminder of how his manhood affected the relationship. “She’s never dealt with something like this before... so obviously, now it’s her head. She’s scared, and I [start] to feel bad for them,” he recalled.

He admitted that he was too nervous to address the comment with her, and the relationship ended “pretty badly".

The Challenge of Relationships and Self-Acceptance

The caller acknowledged that sex is a significant factor in many relationships and that his micropenis often becomes an obstacle.

“If it’s not going to work out because of that [his condition], then I understand,” he said.

However, he also pondered the difficulty of when and how to tell a woman about his condition. “If you can, you should tell the woman, but when do you tell her?” he questioned.

A Glimpse at Matt Kalil’s Similar Struggles

Interestingly, the man’s struggles with his condition aren’t unlike those shared by others in the public eye, including model Haley Kalil.

Haley, the former wife of NFL star Matt Kalil, recently spoke about their marriage’s difficulties, particularly the challenges they faced in their sex life.

In a candid Twitch livestream with internet personality Marlon, she revealed that Matt’s penis size, which she described as being in the "top 0.01% of the population," became a major point of contention in their relationship.

Despite their efforts, including therapy and exploring medical solutions, they struggled with intimacy, which eventually led to their divorce in 2022.

Haley shared that the issue was a "huge factor" in their separation, although she emphasized that they remained on good terms after their divorce. "Love him, but he’s my homie,” she added.
