A woman has shared how she got the ultimate revenge on a stranger who thought it was appropriate to slide into her DMs with an unsolicited photo of his genitalia.

Sending and receiving spicy photos can be fun in a relationship, as long as it's with someone you trust not to share the pictures around and - of course - if the person on the receiving end is happy to get them.

However, sending nudes to people you don't even know, without any prior warning, is definitely a huge no-no.

One man got a taste of his own medicine after he slid into author Becky Holmes's DMs with a photo of his junk... and got convinced he was suffering from a terrible disease.

Becky took to Twitter (now known as X) to recall the time she pulled off the ultimate revenge after a stranger sent her the X-rated image out of the blue.

She shared screenshots revealing that someone who called themselves "ladiesman_greg" on Instagram had sent her a rather... interesting Happy Birthday message.

He had shared a snap of him holding up a piece of paper with the words "happy birthday" written on it - so far so normal - but for some reason he'd chosen to cut out a hole in the middle of it to expose his penis.

Now, I'm not sure what he was hoping to achieve but it certainly wasn't what he got, as the conversation took a turn for ol' Greg.

Becky responded: "Greg, mate, that's great and I appreciate the effort but I'm distracted by what appears to be a dangerous red mark on your stomach."

Greg then responded to ask: "What?", before adding that it was probably just a "small spot" or where his skin had rubbed on his clothing.

Becky wasn't letting him off that easily though, as she responded: "Greg I have a degree in dermatology. I've seen these before in that position and it is often a sign of something more serious."

Greg then asked: "How can a spot be serious?”, before telling her he'd never even noticed it before and it's doesn't even "itch".

Becky then replied: "It doesn’t itch? Oh s**t. Okay, stay calm for now."

Greg tried to get more answers about why it was something to worry about, adding: "I was calm, but you’re not making me calm."

She then responded to tell him that itching would be a sign of "healing", whereas having no symptoms was indicative that "it's likely to be spreading poison, what we call 'silently'".

Greg then confirmed that he hadn't been bitten or scratched, which led Becky to inform him that it was probably even worse as the issue could be "coming from further within your body".

The pair continued to go back and forth on Greg's mystery "condition", before the man revealed that he had shown the photos to his cousin, who - though not an expert in dermatology like Becky - had also not seen anything to worry about.

Becky informed him that he faced a "difficult few months" ahead and that the condition was something that he wouldn't know about until it was "too late".

After the post went viral, Becky confirmed that the messages were in fact real, and revealed that other men had tried to slide into her DMs for a similar interaction, adding: "Yeah, there are a few, but they come via Twitter, so they obviously see what I do and have a humiliation kink. I’m not playing with those guys."

Her followers were loving the hilarious exchange, which didn't go quite how Greg anticipated, and commented: "You should win some form of award for this!"

Others added: "Oh this is serious gold, great work", and: "Absolutely amazing - am shaking with silent laughter at my desk!"
