An influencer has shared her secret to looking so "hot" in photoshoots.

Constance Hall previously hit headlines after revealing that her children wash three times a week.

Constance made the revelation after sharing a makeup-free picture of herself to her 1.3 million Facebook followers, describing her appearance as "hot as f***".

She wrote: "I'm the first to admit I look smoking bangable MILF in my photoshoots. I never airbrush my photos or Photoshop my body, but here is what I actually do."

She explained that on top of "essential" fake tan, one of her secrets to looking good is Instagram filters.

Constance added: "I put a f**k load of make-up on. So much so that sometimes my kids think I'm some new nanny and don't even recognize me."

Taking selfies is a delicate process for the mom, and she said she takes "roughly four million photos to get the chin angles right."

But if she's still not got the perfect snap, she "waits until dusk or dawn or finds a random place without too much direct sunlight" and dresses in her most flattering clothes.

She continued: "Here I am yesterday at a waterhole, having a swim in my husband's undies because I didn't have any on and bathing my baby… just as beautiful, but quite different."
