For many people, flying can be an absolute nightmare. Some people may just struggle to be on a cramped plane for more than seven hours, and others may be so terrified of heights that even the shortest journeys can leave them stricken with anxiety.
However, for most people, flying is a huge pain in the ass because of one thing: fellow passengers. You really don't know how inconsiderate or gross somebody can be until you're sat next to them on a long-haul flight.
Don't believe me? Well, let's use Comedian Andy Richter's flight as an example, who felt so outraged by his fellow passenger's actions that he decided to share his experience with his 1.1 million Twitter followers.
Amazingly, this isn't the first time somebody has been caught on camera being so disgusting:The comedian started by saying the following in a tweet:
"So I snitched this f***er out to the flight attendant, who told him to put them down. Puts them back a few minutes later & I asked him to put them down. 'They’re your bare feet, man.'
"He was shocked & put them down. When he just put them back up I decided f**k it, I’m tweeting [sic]"
As you can see from the images, Andy's comments were absolutely warranted, because that is some nasty plane decorum. However, Andy's experience with this particular passenger didn't end there. Taking to Twitter just moments later, the comedian tweeted:
"The flight attendant came back right before we got off and asked him to take them down again. Guy did and asked 'is that like a just-when-taxiing thing?'
"Attendant: 'no, it’s a basic airplane courtesy thing.' Guy seemed surprised to hear that [sic]"
Andy then revealed that the man's actions had left the entertainment screen covered in toe smudges:
"We had to get off the plane because of lightning and there were dirty toes smudges where his feet were. I am not exaggerating. You could see the outline of his big toe, etc."
This woman was told to cover up for her "inappropriate" plane attire:Needless to say, people flooded to Twitter to react to the images, and you better believe most people were grossed out by what they were seeing:
However, in amongst all the disgust, one Twitter user noticed the man's dog was in the footwell - and even the dog didn't look impressed by his owner's actions:
