Attention, those who enjoy an alcoholic beverage or two (or three) and practice yoga (all stages welcome), you can now book a drunk yoga retreat in Mexico, courtesy of Drunk Yoga in collaboration with Cheap Caribbean.

Known as the "New Year, Do You Retreat", the holiday includes flights to the five-star luxury resort of Haven Riviera in Cancún, Mexico, where you'll practice yoga while enjoying an array of alcoholic drinks.

The boozy yoga trip focuses on self-care, mental wellness, meditation classes, astrology readings and, of course, a daily dose of drunk yoga.

The project launched with workshops in New York, Los Angeles and Dallas but this time it's available in Cancún as part of a weekend retreat taking place from February 20 to February 23.

From drunk yoga to naked yoga, this woman believes that naked yoga empowers women and allows them to feel more confident in their own skin:

Also included in the program are sober yoga classes (for those of you who are still hungover from the session the day before), one-on-one astrology readings and plenty of free time to explore the city. Plus the resort is all inclusive once you arrive.

If you're interested in the weekend trip, be prepared to pay a steep amount with prices starting at £687.

Eli Walker, the creator of Drunk Yoga told Lonely Planet: "I'll be crafting games, stories, and challenges to include in this special Drunk Yoga class on the beach – Cancun edition, CheapCaribbean style – only after I meet with all participants to give them their astrology readings. I'll be weaving in personal insights with astrological attributes into yoga drinking games."

This UK-based yoga master claims that snorting a cup of his own uring every day keeps him healthy and refreshed:
