A UK mom has gone viral after her brand new veneers left her looking like a "horse".
Lauren Hartley, 23, claims she paid over $200 for the set of false teeth, which she hoped would give her a straighter smile.
However, the mother-of-four was left horrified when she saw herself with the veneers in for the first time. She shared the embarrassing moment on TikTok, in which she raged against the pearly whites.
"£180 to look like a f***ing horse," Lauren fumed to the camera. She added that she couldn't even speak with the veneers in, saying sarcastically: "Need that smile? I don't f***ing need this smile, that's for f***ing sure."
She then gives viewers a close-up of her new teeth - which can be heard clicking together - and asks her viewers: "They keep clicking on my teeth, can you hear them?"
Watch the embarrassing video here:Luckily for Lauren, the veneers were clip-ins that she could remove. But that didn't stop people from enjoying the hilarious video of her wearing them. The clip has racked up over 3 million views and thousands of comments.
Many viewers joined in the joke. "Who's horse is that," one wrote. Another commented: "NEIGH way this is true," and a third joked: "Do you want an [apple]?"
Others thought Lauren looked more like Jim Carrey in The Mask than a horse. "The Mask with Jim Carey comes to mind," one commented. Another agreed: "Lol the mask with Jim Carey oh no."
Per Daily Mail, Lauren revealed that she has since sent the clip-in veneers back and asked for a full refund.
"I was hoping for them to look like my natural teeth just whiter but when they come and I clipped them in I instantly said I can not f***ing wear these I look like a horse," she said.
"They just looked terrible and nothing like the reviews I had seen already so I was so disappointed," she continued, adding: "I didn't expect them to come and make me look like an actual horse."
Lauren went on to say that the company offered to let her redo the veneer fitting process - but that she'd opted against it.
"After a while, they finally agreed to refund me so I sent the product back but am still waiting for the payment," she said.
