A woman has claimed that she was kicked off jury duty after she was deemed to be wearing "inappropriate" attire.

TikTok user Rosie - who goes by the handle @rosiezeppelin on the social media platform - posted a video criticizing the court's dress code as she dressed up in the apparently risqué outfit.

Rosie, who is from Perth, Australia, said: "When you get denied for jury duty for not wearing 'appropriate' clothes" followed by an emoji with rolling eyes.

In the video, she is seen wearing a matching red blazer and trousers, with red lipstick, and under her outfit is a visible black bra.

She was lip-syncing to the voiceover from the Australian sitcom titled Ja'mie: Private School Girl, during a moment when the main character is blaming someone for looking at her breasts.

As of this writing, the video - which was captioned "I was wearing a SUIT like what is so inappropriate?"-  has been viewed 4160 times.

Many users on the social media platform decided to weigh in on the juror's outfit, with some finding her outfit hard to believe in a serious court setting.

One user wrote: "Please tell me you’re joking." Another shared: "Girl what ur in the wrong."

A third commented: "You’re not the main character in court. Hope this is a joke."

A fourth said: "This is so obnoxious. TikTok really got people not knowing how to act in the real world."

Another TikToker added: "I really don't mean to be rude, but do you seriously think this is appropriate. Would you wear that to an important job interview... No."

Some social media users even questioned if there ever was a jury service, with one person commenting: "I call BS there never was Jury Duty."

Rosie's TikTok comes after another TikToker claimed that she was "dress-coded" by Disney theme park staff and was refused entry.

TikTok user Nicole DeLosReyes - who goes by the handle @nicole.delosreyes - posted a video on May 10 of herself leaving the Epcot park in Florida.

In the seven-second clip, she says: "Guys it happened. I got dress-coded at Disney, and I was told to leave or get a shirt, So, now we’re getting a shirt."

Nicole then showed her followers that she had been wearing a white, knot-front top. The video has amassed more than 19.9 million views, 1.9 million likes, and over 7,954 comments.
