A woman with an extreme love of fillers has claimed that she is getting more "romantic attention" than ever since she began injecting them in her cheeks.

Anastasiia Pokreshchuk from Kiev, Ukraine, has had numerous injections of hyaluronic acid and has even admitted to injecting her face at home without medical assistance.

Anastasiia admits that she has taught herself how to inject her own fillers:

Anastasiia's cheeks now noticeably protrude from her face, but despite opting for a look that's almost certainly not for everyone, she said she "loves" it and has "no regrets".

The 31-year-old claims that her unusual look has boosted her confidence and that it's even managed to bag her even more male attention.

Appearing on the British daytime show This Morning, she said: "Of course I have more attention with my filler, romantic also. But it's not to do with my cheeks - it's because I have become more confident."

She added: "My mom thinks this is a little bit crazy, but what can she do. No regrets, never any regrets, I'm happy with my cheeks."

Anastasiia described her pre-filler look as being a "grey mouse".

Last month, the 31-year-old said that she thought she was ugly before she had fillers, even though her mother said she was a natural beauty.

Now, Anastasiia enjoys sharing pictures of her unusual look with her 159K Instagram followers.

She admits that while her look might appear strange to some people, she loves it, and said that she doesn't just inject her cheeks, but other parts of her face too.

However, cosmetic surgeon Dr. Alex Karidis appeared on This Morning to warn the 31-year-old that what she was doing was dangerous.

He told her: "There's a reason why injectable fillers are administered by experienced practitioners, there's a huge amount of skill and knowledge required.

"There's always complications that can occur even in experienced hands."

But despite the doctor's warning, Anastasiia is convinced that she's not doing herself any harm and said: "This can be dangerous but I do it with doctors I am learning online. I was worried, but I love this."

Everybody should be able to feel happy in their own skin without judgement - but it is important that we are being kind to ourselves and making sure the steps we take are healthy.
