Travis Kelce's behavior at Super Bowl LVIII has caused some of Taylor Swift's fans to turn on the Kansas City Chiefs star.
Super Bowl LVIII is without a doubt the biggest sporting event of the year - and walking away as the winners means everything to the players on the field.
As a result, emotions run high and things can get heated. This was apparent when the Chiefs tight end lost his cool and got in the face of coach Andy Reid - nearly knocking the 65-year-old off his feet. Check out the moment below:
The impassioned moment may have been unpleasant to watch, but Kelce and Reid have a great relationship - with Reid even offering relationship advice to the 34-year-old Chiefs player.
Nevertheless, Kelce's furious moment saw a lot of viewers call for him to be benched - with some not being able to excuse him for shoving Reid. However, Taylor Swift fans are calling for a harsher punishment.
For the remaining seven people on Earth who don't know, Kelce is currently dating the Grammy award-winning songstress - with the couple going public with their relationship back in September 2023.
Since then, Kelce has been spotted at her concert and Swift has been spotted at his games - with the pair becoming one of the most talked about power couples in America.
But if Swifties (Taylor's devoted fans) had their say, their headline-making relationship may be over before Valentine's Day.
After watching Kelce angrily confront his coach, many of Taylor's fans took to X (formerly Twitter) and called for Swift to "leave" and "break up" with the Chiefs star.
One person tweeted: "Hey #swifties! I speak for most of the fanbase when I say Taylor needs to leave this man, he’s assaulting a man for no reason!!!!"
A second added: "Taylor needs to leave this thug. I’m surprised he didn’t get ejected."
"Taylor needs to leave this man and save her reputation. Stop blaming the NFL on her, blame the journalists... look at this lunatic," a third wrote, with a fourth tweeting: "What kind of man assaults his coach for taking him out for a play? I hope Taylor Swift breaks up with Travis Kelce after the game."
Once again, professional athletes are passionate and dedicated to walking away victorious - and there's no bigger stage for an NFL star than the Super Bowl. Although Kelce lost his cool, I'm sure many can understand why.
