A man who says he has visited hell has now spoken out about his experiences in a new tell-all video.
Posting to TikTok, Gerald Johnson told his 60,000 followers how it felt to have visited one of the scariest places to ever (potentially) exist back in 2016.
During the five-minute video, the pastor went into detail about the things he saw six years ago, saying that he "wouldn't wish it on any other man."
"One of the things I saw that just blew me away was a man on all fours like a dog, he was burnt from the crown of his head to the souls of his feet," he said.
"He had a chain around his neck, it was a demon holding the chain. I knew that this demon was sent in this man’s life to ride him from his childhood to the time that he died."
Things got a little more frightening as Johnson then went on to speak about how there was music in hell, similar to the types that we listen to hear on Earth, but there, demons were singing every tune.
"There’s a section in hell where music was playing and it was the same music that we hear on the earth but as opposed to entertainers singing it, demons were singing it," he said in the clip.
He also added that there were songs that people could turn to if they were feeling a certain emotion, but in the abyss, those same songs had a whole other purpose.
"Every lyric to every song is there to torment you as to the fact you didn’t worship god through music while you were on the Earth."
The video ended with Johnson explaining how he got out of the hole and back onto Earth.
"I lifted up out of hell and I came back on the Earth and god began to speak to me – I actually saw the real Jesus," he said. "He began to speak to me, and he said ‘you have been secretly upset with the people that hurt you, you have been hoping that I would punish the people who have hurt you.'"
He then went on to claim that God then told him that he only wants him to focus on his own "assignment" - whatever that may mean.
"‘These are not your people these are my people, I only want you to focus on the assignment that I am giving you.'"
"Although I did good," he continued. "The thing that I had in my heart was unforgiveness to people who have done me wrong.
"Because a person who cannot forgive is a person who has forgotten how much they have been forgiven of."
Since it was posted, the video has been viewed over 3 million times, with thousands of social media users taking to the comments to make their opinion on it known.
"Everyone who has this experience describes Hell in such a similar way. I believe him," wrote one user, while another added: "This gave me another perspective on forgiveness."
A third recalled their own personal experiences. "I had an addiction to secular music and some time ago I had a dream that I was in hell hearing that music and it was the most terrifying thing ever," they said.
Damn, well I'd better pull my prayer beads out and repent for my sins because hell does not sound fun...
