McDonald's is giving away free McMuffins on Sunday

McDonald's is starting 2020 the right way with a number of incredible deals on its app.

Beginning tomorrow, you can get a Big Mac or a Vegetable Deluxe for just 99p in the UK. This is a total steal, with a Big Mac typically setting you back £3.09 and a Vegetable Deluxe costing £2.99.

In the video below, kids taste test the new vegetarian Happy Meal:

This offer is available from 11 am until midnight, and it will be followed by a total freebie on Sunday - namely, the chain's McMuffin (aka the ultimate hangover cure).

So, on the 5th of January, you can save £2.49 if you get yourself a free sausage and egg McMuffin, or bacon and egg McMuffin.

An egg and cheese McMuffin typically costs £2.09.

You don't have to make any other purchases to collect the free McMuffin. You can simply get a freebie in every sense of the word.

The offer begins when McDonald's breakfast menu opens, which is typically at 5 am in most restaurants.

In addition to this, on January 6, you can bag yourself a Vegetable Deluxe burger of the new Veggie Dippers for 99p - just make sure that you order it after 11 am.

New users of the McDonald's app will also be able to bag themselves a free cheeseburger on January 31.

All you have to do to redeem these offers is to download the McDonald's app from  Google Play or the App Store. Then, on the aforementioned days, go to the "deals" section of the app. Each deal can only be redeemed once per person.

There are more offers to come in January, too, as per the Sun, and they will be revealed at a later date.

It is worth noting, however, that these offers can't be used on Uber Eats. You must physically go into a branch to redeem them.
