In the days since a crazed attacker killed a young mother and stabbed another victim in Times Square on Monday, August 31, social media posts in which Pamela Cisneros wrote about people being “stabbed for no reason” have surfaced.
Armed with two kitchen knives, Cisneros stabbed 68-year-old Tak Kam in the stomach near West 41st Street and Seventh Avenue before plunging the knife into 32-year-old Bank of America executive Erin Piacenti, killing her.
The attack proved fatal for Piacenti, while Kam was left fighting for his life and was later reported to be in stable condition.
Tragically, the 32-year-old victim had only recently returned to work after maternity leave before her life came to a devastating end.
In a bizarre religion-filled post on Facebook, mother-of-three Cisneros warned about the “diminished [sic] love of people to the point of stabbing others for no reason”.
She wrote: “You can read it for yourself in the Holy Bible that warns about the end times.”
The chilling statement posted on November 30, 2025, also claimed that people could hear voices telling them to kill themselves or others.
Cisneros said: “The enemy of our souls, Satan, knows that his ending is near and would like to take as many souls to hell as possible.
“This is the reason that some people hear voices to either kill someone or themselves or tell people lies such as you have sinned too much to be accepted by Christ and enter the kingdom of God.”
However, ironically, in 2020 the killer shared a post that read: “Always be kind to strangers. You never know what someone is going through.”
Disturbing footage of the recent attack shows the suspect ignoring cops pleading with her to drop her weapons as she charged towards officers waving two blades. Although according to authorities, the police twice used tasers to stop her, officers fatally shot Cisneros as she stormed towards them.
NYPD Commissioner Jessica Tisch said Cisneros told cops: “I’m not dropping anything, I would rather kill both of you. I will kill you.”
Witnesses of the attack claimed that the suspect was threatening people in the busy tourist hotspot before the terrifying attack took place.
Eyewitness Linda Ruiz described seeing a man covered in blood desperately screaming for help.
She said: “I saw a guy bleeding profusely from his right leg.
“He was gushing blood, saying, ‘I need help. Help me.’”
Cisneros' Facebook profile is filled with pictures of her smiling alongside family and friends. She had previously been described by police as “emotionally disturbed”.
