Florida woman made disgusting comment before husband walked in on her having sex with teenage son

A Florida woman who was caught having sex with her stepson made a disturbing comment to the child beforehand.
Marion County authorities revealed in November 2024 that Alexis Von Yates, a former nurse, had been arrested on a charge of sexual battery on a person 12 to 18 years of age by a person in familial custody.
As widely reported, Von Yates reportedly put her two younger children to bed before engaging in sexual activity with her husband David's teen son while they watched a horror movie.
The 35-year-old took a plea deal at the time, after her husband caught her and his teenage son in a sexual act.
She has since had her medical license suspended after an 'anonymous' tip made its way to authorities.
According to the arrest affidavit, the teenage boy told police that Von Yates said she was sexually frustrated because 'she had not had sex in two weeks and she was on her period'.
Von Yates' disgusting comment to teenager
The mom of two smoked a THC cartridge with the teen before playing video games and watching a horror movie.
They sat close to each other on the couch before Von Yates told him she was 'horny', made the admission about not having sex recently, and had been making sexual jokes for days.
They then started making out, which was when Von Yates allegedly told the boy: "I wish you were 18, because you’re not old enough," before having sexual contact with him.
Authorities say that she had sex with the child without a condom, with the incident taking place while he was visiting his father during summer vacation.
Despite hearing a noise in the garage, the pair continued before Von Yate's husband walked in on the disturbing scene.
He yelled at his wife, calling her a number of obscenities as his son ran into the bathroom.
The dad then drove his son to his grandparents' house. On the way, he bought beer and told the boy he had 'ruined his life' and to 'never contact him again'.
David's comment after finding the pair
The father, a lineman, was working the night shift when he came home and found his wife and son naked on the couch together.
According to the Law&Crime Network, he yelled: "What the f*** is going on?" before he started 'throwing things'.
He also called his wife a 'c***' and a 'child predator', while Von Yates told him that his son, who was three years below the legal age of consent at the time, reminded her of him when he was younger.
