New and deeply disturbing claims about Jeffrey Epstein’s sexual behavior and physical qualities have resurfaced after one of his grooming victims revealed graphic details of the financier’s deformity and his volatile relationship with Ghislaine Maxwell.
Rina Oh, now 46, says Epstein had an “extremely deformed” micropenis that she compared to the shape of a lemon. Speaking in a recent Substack interview with journalist Tina Brown, Rina said she did not believe the billionaire predator was capable of penetrative sex.

Rina did not hold back when describing Epstein’s genitals, saying other victims had called it “egg-shaped”, but that her own experience was even more specific.
“He had an extremely deformed penis,” she said. “Some people have described it as the shape of an egg. I think it was more of the shape of a lemon, and it was really small when it was fully erect. It was probably like two inches.”
Her account aligns with earlier claims made in a 2009 deposition, in which Epstein was bluntly asked if it was true he had an “egg-shaped penis” that was “thick at the bottom” and “small toward the head”. Epstein’s lawyer shut the questioning down immediately, refusing to let him answer.

Victim Says Epstein and Maxwell’s Relationship Was “Awful” and Fueled by Jealousy
Rina says she was groomed by Epstein and Maxwell around the year 2000 after the pair pretended to be interested in her artwork. She claims Maxwell, who later became notorious for procuring underage girls for Epstein, was trapped in a toxic dynamic with him that rapidly deteriorated.
“Their relationship was very awful, very strange,” Rina said. “I never suspected they were in any type of romantic relationship. I thought she was just an associate, especially when I saw them fighting.”
According to Rina, Epstein had begun to consider Maxwell “too old” to satisfy his preferences and allegedly bought her a Manhattan townhouse to try to push her out of his daily life. She claims Maxwell intensified her involvement in recruiting girls as a desperate attempt to remain relevant to him.

In one particularly disturbing memory, Rina recalled Epstein taking her and another girl to the tennis courts at Mar-a-Lago while Maxwell was playing nearby.

“He got her attention and stood behind me and started humping me through my clothes,” she said. “He was shrieking and laughing, making fun of Ghislaine.”
Rina’s claims echo those of another Epstein accuser known as “Samantha”, who told The Sun in 2020 that Epstein appeared embarrassed by his “weird-looking” penis and tried to hide it during massages.
As details from victims continue to emerge, the public portrayal of Epstein grows increasingly grim.
