Since the FBI released chilling images that show the suspect in the kidnapping of Savannah Guthrie’s mom Nancy, many people believe they have spotted a key detail.
The masked figure can be seen outside Guthrie’s Arizona home, appearing to tamper with the video doorbell.

In the four pictures released by FBI director Kash Patel, a masked figure - allegedly armed - can be seen in the dark of the night outside Guthrie’s home.
The 84-year-old has been missing for 10 days now, with two deadlines outlined in a ransom note passed already.
That ransom note also demanded $6,000,000 in bitcoin, but allegedly made no direct threat as to what would happen if those deadlines were missed.
Releasing the photos, Patel wrote: “Over the last eight days, the FBI and Pima County Sheriff’s Department have been working closely with our private sector partners to continue to recover any images or video footage from Nancy Guthrie’s home that may have been lost, corrupted, or inaccessible due to a variety of factors - including the removal of recording devices.
“The video was recovered from residual data located in backend systems.
“Working with our partners - as of this morning, law enforcement has uncovered these previously inaccessible new images showing an armed individual appearing to have tampered with the camera at Nancy Guthrie's front door the morning of her disappearance.
“Anyone with information, please contact 1-800-CALL-FBI or visit http://tips.fbi.gov.”
People believe they have spotted a key detail in the photos
While the four photographs clearly show a person wearing a balaclava and seemingly up to no good outside the house, some online believe that the FBI and local law enforcement might not be looking for a man, as many people may have expected.
In fact, a lot of people believe the suspect could actually be a woman.
One person commented: “Arched eyebrows. I would say female.”
“Eyes look like a woman's eyes to me,” said a second.
A third person commented: “Sure that's not a woman?”
However, some others think that the gait of the person shown in a separate video is that of a man, and others have speculated that the suspect might even have a mustache.
It is not clear what gender the person in the footage is, but it may help someone out there identify the person and in turn get Guthrie home safely, for which the FBI is offering a large reward.
