Hunting trip that led to teacher having '3-hour sex marathon' with student, 17, in husband's bed - chilling texts have emerged

Text messages between a US teacher and a teenager have emerged after the former was convicted of sexual misconduct and inappropriate communication with a minor.
McKenna Kindred, 28, pleaded guilty to both charges following her arrest in April 2023, as explicit text messages between the pair were revealed.
The former teacher was sleeping with a 17-year-old boy, and while she avoided jail time, Kindred had to register as a sex offender for ten years, while also serving a year of probation and a two-year suspended sentence.
McKenna Kindred also admitted in front of a court that she had been having an affair with the student while her husband was away on hunting trips.
It was recently revealed that the teacher and her husband have stayed together despite her crimes, and moved states to start a new life.
Teacher and student's disturbing relationship
The pair had sent each other explicit messages, photographs, and videos before eventually having sex at Kindred's home while her husband was away on a hunting trip.
But investigators also learned about a series of payments that had initially left the teenager's mother suspicious.
The student's mom, Ashley Beckley, told police she remembered her son receiving 'gas money through Venmo' from a teacher.
While Beckley said the payment was 'kind of inappropriate', she said she did not initially know which teacher had sent the money or why.
Over two years on from the teacher's sentencing in April 2024, texts between Kindred and the teen have recirculated, after she repeatedly snuck the student into the apartment she shared with her husband in Spokane, Washington.
While the age of consent in Washington State is 16, adults can be charged if they have sex with children in their care, up to 18.
Their relationship began after the teenager discovered her Instagram account, before their interactions got more frisky, starting to feature sexually explicit content.
It's claimed that they then had sex at her home for around three-and-a-half hours while her husband was away hunting.
Texts between Kindred and teenager revealed
After their sexual encounter, the teenager sent her a message which read: “Mom glad I can satisfy you.”
Kindred reportedly liked the message, before the student then asked whether she had used a sex toy while thinking about him.
“I did,” she replied.
“U should have video it and save it,” the teenager responded. Kindred allegedly replied: “Hm next time I need to relearn Snapchat haha.”
The messages were discovered as concerns about the relationship began circulating at the school.
Following several months of speculation, the rumors about the pair's relationship were reportedly spreading among students and staff.
Friends of the teenager shared screenshots of the messages with another teacher, who then contacted Spokane Valley police, with investigators reportedly discovering messages suggesting the pair had engaged in sexual behavior on school property.
One message allegedly read: “We almost got caught.”
“I was sad when that student walked in when he did. I wanted you to hold me. I really like being touched by you,” another message said.
A friend who had become suspicious of the relationship reportedly confronted the teenager, telling him: “Mrs. Kindred and you must be f**king because you are always in her room.”
