Tiger Woods has officially confirmed his relationship with Vanessa Trump -- taking his famously private life into the public eye with a bold and PDA-packed Instagram post.
On Sunday (March 23), the 49-year-old golf icon made his new relationship “Instagram official” by sharing two intimate photos of himself and Vanessa, 47, cozying up together.
In the caption, Woods wrote: “Love is in the air and life is better with you by my side! We look forward to our journey through life together. At this time we would appreciate privacy for all those close to our hearts.”
The two photos show a visibly affectionate pair — one featuring the couple with arms wrapped around each other, and another capturing them snuggled up on what appears to be a hammock.
The reveal marks a rare moment of openness from Woods, who typically keeps his private life under wraps.
The unexpected post stunned fans, especially in light of Woods' recent revelation that he’d undergone Achilles surgery and may miss the rest of the current golf season.
However, a number of fans did share their support for the golfing legend, with one person writing: "All the very best on this journey."
A second added: "Everyone needs someone to share life with. Enjoy each other."

For her part, Vanessa was married to Donald Trump Jr. for 12 years before filing for divorce in 2018. Together, they share two children — Kai, 17, and Donald III, 16. A source told PEOPLE that her ex-husband is “cool with” her new relationship with Woods.
Their children are reportedly a central bond for Woods and Vanessa. Kai and Charlie have both been making waves as top-tier junior golfers and have been competing in the same tournaments for several months. Just this past week, they both participated in the Junior Invitational in South Carolina.
“Their kids are going places in golf and both very disciplined about the sport. They have that in common,” the insider told PEOPLE.

In February, Woods was seen accompanying Vanessa and Kai to the Genesis Invitational in San Diego, California. The two were also spotted together during the final round of the event on February 15. Kai is reported to be a top junior golfer in Florida and has committed to play for the University of Miami next year.
Another source close to Vanessa added: “Vanessa has always gone for guys who are either well known or have something big going for them. She is comfortable with that, but she’s not a woman who wants to be in the limelight. She is not a shrinking violet but is discreet and smart and a good mother. That has come first in her life.”
