A Nashville cop has been charged after a video allegedly showing him groping an OnlyFans model in traffic was published on social media.

As previously reported, the video, which was titled "Can't Believe He Didn't Arrest Me," was posted on social media and quickly gained attention.

Local news outlet News Channel 5 reported that the video shows the officer, Sean Herman, 33, groping the breasts of OnlyFans creator Jordin during a staged traffic stop.

The incident, captured in the provocative video, led to Herman's termination from the Metro Nashville Police Department.

The video begins with a man in the passenger seat predicting that Jordin would be pulled over for speeding. Moments later, the camera captures an officer, later identified as Herman, approaching the vehicle after exiting his patrol car.

“I’m not going to get a ticket... I’m going to show him my t***," Jordin states in the video.

The officer, who introduces himself as “Officer Johnson of PD,” informs Jordin that she was driving "65 in a 45." Throughout the interaction, his face remains obscured.

When asked for her license and registration, Jordin instead exposes her breasts. The officer, still maintaining his anonymity, responds: "Ma’am, it’s 2024. I can see t*** on the internet any time."

Jordin escalates the situation by suggesting the officer touch her breasts, to which he agrees. The video ends with the officer groping her breasts while she reaches toward his crotch, and then letting her go with a warning.

Despite attempts to conceal the officer's identity, a fleeting shot of his badge revealed enough information to link him to the Metro Nashville Police Department. An investigation confirmed that Herman was the officer involved, leading to his immediate dismissal.

Herman was arrested at his home on Thursday and charged with two counts of official misconduct following the release of the video.

Authorities stated that the video was filmed on April 26 in a warehouse parking lot while Herman was on duty as a patrol officer, as reported by WZTV.

Metro Nashville police have condemned Herman's actions, describing them as “totally outrageous.”

“That was one of the most outrageous, disrespectful acts that a person here could do and, by disrespectful, I mean to all the MNPD employees and this agency,” stated police spokesperson Don Aaron.

The New York Post reported that after the video circulated on Reddit, a commenter identifying herself as Jordin claimed the video was "a stunt and totally consensual and private property."

"The fact they fired him is stupid," she added.
