Who is 'Bubba'? Speculation mounts over identity of mystery individual named in Jeffrey Epstein emails about Donald Trump

Speculation is mounting over the identity of an unknown individual referred to as "Bubba" in Jeffrey Epstein's emails about Donald Trump.

More than 20,000 pages of emails from Jeffrey Epstein’s estate were released this week by the House Oversight Committee, and the fallout has been explosive.

The documents, which include alleged private conversations between Epstein, his brother, and high-profile figures, feature chilling assessments of President Donald Trump.

According to one email from 2017, the disgraced financier and pedophile described the 79-year-old as “dangerous” in a message to former Treasury Secretary Larry Summers.

“Recall ive told you,, -- i have met some very bad people ,, none as bad as trump. not one decent cell in his body.. so yes- dangerous,” he wrote on February 8, shortly after Trump’s inauguration.

Other emails include exchanges with journalist Michael Wolff and Ghislaine Maxwell, in which Epstein repeatedly mentions Trump in proximity to his alleged victims.

But it’s one bizarre line in particular, written by Epstein’s brother, that has set off a storm online.

Epstein’s brother asks about "Bubba"

According to Metro, in a 2018 email, Mark Epstein asked his brother: “Ask him if Putin has the photos of Trump blowing Bubba?”

The comment was made in a thread where Jeffrey had just mentioned, “Bannon with me,” referring to Trump’s former chief strategist Steve Bannon.

The out-of-nowhere reference to “Bubba” has gone viral across social media, with thousands interpreting it as a nod to Bill Clinton, a nickname the 42nd president, who previously served as governor of Arkansas, has been known by for decades.

“Wait, what? What is happening here?” one user posted. “My understanding is the reference to ‘Bubba’ is Bill Clinton? This is a lot to digest.”

Another shocked person said: "I’m the first in my family’s lineage to learn of such an occurrence," while a third added: “Making more sense why Trump doesn’t want the files released."

Congressman Robert Garcia, the top Democrat on the House Oversight Committee, confirmed the authenticity of the email but admitted its meaning is unclear.

“We are not sure, actually, what that’s in reference to, obviously. So is it a joke? Is it not? Who’s he talking about? We do not know," he said. "And which is why it’s important for people to know that these emails that we got, they’re from the Epstein estate, right?

"We got these emails through a subpoena through the estate, and it pales in comparison to what the Department of Justice has to get us as a committee," he added.

Trump and Clinton Both Named In Epstein Messages

The release includes multiple allegations suggesting the president knew about Epstein’s activities.

In one 2019 email to Wolff, Epstein wrote: “Trump said he asked me to resign, never a member ever. . of course he knew about the girls as he asked ghislaine to stop.”

In another message from 2011, he referred to a redacted victim who had spent “hours” with Trump at his home. “I want you to realize that that dog that hasn’t barked is trump,” he told Maxwell. She replied, “I have been thinking about that...”

Despite the implications, the White House has called the documents a smear campaign. Press secretary Karoline Leavitt labeled them a “Democrat hoax,” insisting that the “unnamed victim” was Virginia Giuffre, who has publicly stated that Trump “was not involved in any wrongdoing whatsoever.”

She added, “President Trump kicked Jeffrey Epstein out of his club decades ago for being a creep to his female employees, including Giuffre.”

Trump orders probe into Clinton links while mocking scandal

Despite being the focus of many of the emails, the president has tried to turn the tables.

In a post on Truth Social shared yesterday (November 14), Trump blamed Democrats for the debacle and announced he would ask the DOJ, FBI, and Attorney General Pam Bondi to investigate Epstein’s ties to Bill Clinton and major banks.

He wrote: "Now that the Democrats are using the Epstein Hoax, involving Democrats, not Republicans, to try and deflect from their disastrous SHUTDOWN, and all of their other failures.

"I will be asking A.G. Pam Bondi, and the Department of Justice, together with our great patriots at the FBI, to investigate Jeffrey Epstein’s involvement and relationship with Bill Clinton, Larry Summers, Reid Hoffman, J.P. Morgan, Chase, and many other people and institutions, to determine what was going on with them, and him.

"This is another Russia, Russia, Russia Scam, with all arrows pointing to the Democrats. Records show that these men, and many others, spent large portions of their life with Epstein, and on his 'Island.' Stay tuned!!!" he added.
