A woman who recently gave birth to two twin baby boys has mysteriously disappeared, and now her mother is making a public appeal for any information regarding her whereabouts. Savannah Spurlock, a 22-year-old mom, vanished in Lexington, Kentucky, on January 4. She was last seen exiting a bar late at night with two men. She spoke to her mother Ellen at 2.30am the night she went missing to tell her she was leaving The Other Bar on South Limestone street; telling her she'd be home "in a few hours."

In a recent interview with WKYT, Ellen Spurlock told reporters that her loss has hit her other children hard, stating: "(Her son) doesn't know what's going on, but my fear is how long can that take place, you know? Mommy is not here for 11 days, each day is another day,' she said after when the search was reaching the two-week mark. The twins are too young, but the two-year-old, he misses his mommy. He saw her on TV one night and said 'Mommy'. He misses her."

She added: "I cope with it by praying and believing that she is still out there. I don't sleep at night. It's a nightmare. I'm just trying to get information out to the public in the hopes and prayers that somebody is going to come forward that will lead to her. It gets harder and harder with each day that passes. I just want to know so bad where Savannah is and that she is OK."

Meanwhile, Savannah's ex-boyfriend and father of two of her children Shaquille Smith states that the men she left the bar with will know her current location, stating to Fox News: "I do think the guys she was with that night know exactly where she is. I do think she is out there somewhere worried and thinking about her kids, family and friends."

Police have issued a description of Spurlock to the public, in case she has been sighted by anyone over the last three weeks. Savannah is reportedly 5ft tall, weighs approximately 140lbs, and has shoulder-length brown and blond hair. She also possesses a number of distinguishing tattoos, including one on the right side of her torso which says: "I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me," and another on her back which says: "I'm her daughter."

The two men who were seen in the CCTV footage on the night of Spurlock's disappearance have now been identified by police, although their identities have not yet been made public. The pair were apprehended by police but were later released after being questioned. No charges were made against them, although one of the men’s homes was searched by police and a car was seized.
