Per the Mirror, Aveiro revealed at the start of last year that she was "fighting for her life", telling a Portuguese TV station, "I was operated on another breast in Madrid, I’ve had radiotherapy and now I’m fighting for my life."
She was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2007, but later beat the disease, the Mirror states.
