Usually, when people look at pictures of themselves from a decade ago, they all tend to notice the same sort of things. Their weight changes a bit, their skin shows a little more sign of wear, and their features look - how can I put this gently? - rather more mature. Basically, they get older. That is unless those people happen to be Wendy Joseph and Dan Hennessey from New Jersey, who somehow look younger (and hotter) now than they did a whole decade ago. The couple, who began dating in 2007, posted a picture of their 10 year glow-up on Instagram, and the difference stunned everyone. Joseph, who is 29, says she "used to have a perm and wear [her] hair stuck to [her] face everyday". Meanwhile, 30-year-old Hennessey used to keep his rugged facial hair in check by shaving once a week. Now, however, Joseph has ditched the chemical straightening and embraced her gorgeous natural hair, and Hennessey sports a full-on caveman look. Oh, and they're both personal trainers, so they've got rockin' bods. So, with a little change in their hairstyles, a healthy diet and exercise regime, and - let's be fair here - some much better lighting, these two went from being a slightly dorky (but cute) boyfriend and girlfriend to a near-mythical looking power couple. Like many people, the 29-year-old has been through some body confidence issues, and at times had struggled with her weight. Fortunately for her, Hennessey has always reassured her that she is beautiful, and has stuck by her side for ten years.

"He has been there for me no matter what. Literally," she said.

"No matter what. He has cared and cherished me through thick and thin. Literally. I've been thick and thin. Mostly thick but I love it so he loves it."
