When it comes to sneakers, there's arguably nobody who does it as well as Adidas.

For decades, the company has been the last word when it comes to athletic footwear. Indeed, over the years there have been plenty of amazingly creative designs and patterns to come out of brand. But now we might be seeing their most eccentric case of inspiration yet: sneakers that are reminiscent of a refreshing glass of iced tea.

Adidas and Arizona iced tea have teamed together to make a line of ice-tea-themed trainers. As if that wasn't impressive enough, the shoes will apparently be available for less than a dollar. That's right: For less than one dollar, you could bag yourself an amazing pair of Adidas shoes. That's less than it costs to actually buy a can of the drink!

The beverage brand first announced the collaboration on their official Instagram account, and also took the opportunity to reveal that they're planning on launching limited-edition versions of the Yung 1 and Continental shoe styles, with a colour scheme that's specially-inspired by the style of the drink cans.

Both shoes are due to come in two unique colours. One sneaker will feature a teal background with bright pink cherry blossoms, while the other will be inspired by the drink brand’s lemon iced tea. The shoes are going to be sold as part of a two-day pop-up release in New York City on 18 and 19 July. So make sure you have a dollar set aside if you want to grab yourself a pair while stocks last!
