is one of those things that the majority of us have heard about but have never actually accessed. A bit like bungee jumping, there is something that pulls me towards the dark web, even though I know it is more than likely going to be a horrific experience.
The Dark Web is inaccessible via the average web browser, which means the average Joe can't explore what goes on down there. The majority of us rely on hearsay to get an image of the depravity that exists, with there being plenty of stories of arms trading, drug dealing and even human trafficking.
However, despite our knowledge of the illegal and horrific transactions that go on in the Dark Web, we are still fascinated by it and want to know more. Luckily for us, the humans of Reddit began a thread entitled: "Deep web users of Reddit, what is the most f*cked up/creepiest thing you’ve seen?" and these are just some of the answers.
"The most interesting things I’ve found though are websites that basically help you change your identity completely. For example for $6000-$10000 you can get an American ID, passport, driving license and all the paperwork done so you can move to America under a name you desire. Also there was an interesting PDF with easily 1000 pages written by ex-inmates about how to survive in prison, how to get drugs in and out of prisons, gangs etc."

"They claimed to have a few warehouses full of people in different countries and in different conditions (ranging from homeless people kidnapped in NYC to slaves bought in third world countries).
"For whatever sum of money you could supposedly have whatever immoral medical experiments run on people. They also had some papers on some of the work they'e been doing. Mostly it seemed to be how much of a substance would be required to kill someone or to cause a spontaneous abortion."
"Alleged gunrunners selling firearms in Europe – even the UK where it’s near impossible to gain licenses for anything other than sports/rural shotguns and rifles."
"The video that went viral of the 12 year old girl committing suicide. I didn't realize what I was watching at first. It was heart wrenching and very disturbing."
"That site that's just dedicated to watching people die. Like death youtube."
"Was working on a project to map .onion addresses to their real IPs and came a cross a site with detailed instructions on how to have safe penetrative sex with various animals."
"Found a site where people would bid on a person to be assassinated with bit coins. When a hit man decided the amount was enough, they would green light it, and take the job. Pictures would be sent to the bidder, and the site for proof. The bitcoins would then be transferred to the hit man."
