We've written previously about a certain cat who ended up inadvertently becoming a viral celebrity due to her unusual face, which makes her look like a human. Yes, Valkyrie, a two-month-old Maine Coon kitten, astonished social media users back in 2018 with her atypical looks and somewhat-bizarre appearance.

Valkyrie first got famous when her owner, Tatiana Rastorgueva, started sharing photos and videos of her on Instagram, and social media users fell in love with her doubtful eyes, fed-up expression, and cantankerous persona. But is she the only cat who looks like this? Apparently not.

These cats have all had some hilarious reactions to seeing their owners wearing the cat filter:

Yes, it turns out that there are loads of cats out there with human faces, and Tatyana, a 44-year-old felinologist who hails from Russia, has been documenting her pets on her Instagram to show how varied they can be.

Indeed, Tatyana has been breeding dozens of cats from Maine Coons and she now has a huge collection of human-faced felines to show us all. Scroll down to check out some of her Instagram posts to see what we mean!

The Maine Coon is the largest domesticated cat breed, and one of the oldest natural breeds in North America, with a nickname of "The gentle giant." According to Cat Fanciers, the breed possesses above-average intelligence, and are intensely loyal to their family.

They're well known for being very vocal cats, often yowling or howling, trilling, chirping, and they also seem to have a fascination with water that is quite unusual for cats.
