Awards season continued last night with the 73rd Primetime Emmy Awards — and television's biggest night did not disappoint.
With two events in London and Los Angeles, the stars came out in full glitz and glamour. The likes of Yara Shahidi and Regé-Jean Page channelled old Hollywood. while some made up for lost time by being more experimental; see Emma Corrin and Nicole Byer.

The Crown star, Emma Corrin, wore a custom yellow Miu Miu gown with a matching cap. What really dazzled on the red carpet, however, was their razor-sharp black manicure.
Gillian Anderson took home an Emmy for Best Supporting Actress in a Television Series for her role in The Crown. She accepted the award wearing a cream two-piece by Chloé.
Billy Porter once again made an entrance. The Cinderella star wore a custom black look by Ashi, which was replete with flared trousers, black gloves and winged arms.
Anya Taylor-Joy stunned in yellow Dior Haute Couture.

Scandal star, Kerry Washington, wore a slinky silver gown by Etro.
Issa Rae rocked the "naked dress" trend, wearing Aliétte.
