As an actor, one of the most divisive parts of the job is taking your kit off on camera.

While it has long been common practice to use body doubles for intimate scenes, an increasing number of actors are ditching their decency and filming their own steamy scenes.

Whether nudity is required for a raunchy romp or a vulnerable moment sitting around in the nude, the bold moments are often the most memorable scenes of their career.

Barry Keoghan’s stark naked dance to ‘Murder on the Dancefloor’ in the 2023 movie Saltburn is probably still etched into the minds of anyone who watched it.

Some stars strip down to bring sex scenes to life while others choose to get their bits out to open conversations about body positivity and reclaim their bodies after years of being objectified.

In ‘The Substance’, Demi Moore did not spare a scrap of skin, stripping down in several scenes, and even had a full frontal moment as her character stares at herself, struggling to accept her aging body.
