Chelsea Handler has confirmed that her ex-boyfriend 50 Cent is "absolutely" supporting Joe Biden after the rapper appeared to make a political u-turn in his stance on President Donald Trump.
In an appearance on The View, Handler claimed that she'd had a conversation with 50 Cent about his political views, and convinced him to vote for the Democrat candidate instead.
Take a look at this clip from the interview with Handler in the video below:

Handler stated:
"So he called me and he wasn’t serious, he was just screwing around on his Twitter. He is supporting Joe Biden.
I did promise to pay his taxes, and then I found out it’s illegal to pay somebody to vote for your candidate. So I offered him another form of payment and we’ll see if he takes me up on it, but I don’t have to pay him, he’s already a Biden supporter."

The trouble began on Monday, October 19, when the 45-year-old rapper took to his official Instagram account and shared a screenshot appeared to show the Democratic presidential candidate's reported tax rate plans for California, New Jersey, New York City, and New York State.
Speaking to his 26.2 million Instagram followers, 50 Cent captioned the screenshot:
"WHAT THE F***! (VOTE For TRUMP) IM OUT, F*** NEW YORK The KNICKS never win anyway. I don’t care Trump doesn’t like black people 62% are you out of ya f***ing mind. [sic]"
The musician later seemed to double down on his views, and shared a recording of a Fox News broadcast story about his Instagram post on Twitter.

The televised segment included a tweet from Trump adviser Katrina Pierson, who wrote to her 681,000 followers: "I guess 50 cent don’t want to end up 20 cent [sic]" in reference to Biden's taxation plans.
50 Cent captioned the video he shared:
"Yeah, i don’t want to be 20cent. 62% is a very, very, bad idea.i don’t like it ! #abcforlife #starzgettheapp."

The rapper's rumored ex-girlfriend, comedian Chelsea Handler, subsequently told Jimmy Fallon in a virtual interview that she'd been disappointed by 50 Cent's statements. Handler claimed:
"[50 Cent] shouldn’t be influencing an entire swath of people who may listen to him because he’s worried about his own personal pocketbook.
"So I haven’t heard back from him yet, but I am willing to, you know, seal the deal in more ways than one if he changes his mind and publicly denounces Donald Trump. I might be willing to go for another spin… if you know what I’m talking about."

Handler then stated that she was willing to pay her ex's taxes for him, tweeting to 50 Cent: "Hey f*****! I will pay your taxes in exchange for you coming to your senses. Happily! Black lives matter. That’s you, f*****! Remember?"
