When you do something embarrassing, you probably want to keep it to yourself. After all, if the incident wasn't caught on camera, no one can prove it happened, right? However, Chrissy Teigen isn't like most people. She made a disgusting scene at her daughter's preschool orientation, and broadcast the story on social media for the world to enjoy. Thanks Chrissy!

The Lip Sync Battle host is married to singer John Legend, and together they have two children: two-year-old Luna and three-month old Miles. Luna's starting preschool, and yesterday Chrissy took her to orientation. You might expect Luna to make a scene, screaming and crying over being thrust into this jarring new experience. But nope. Her mom did.

Chrissy tweeted, "hello everyone from Luna’s school orientation today. im sorry I projectile puked caffeine upon arrival, couldn’t open my eyes and had the noisiest newborn in the room. (not a joke, very sorry, see you tomorrow)."

Well, that paints a pretty picture, doesn't it? It's a shame this didn't happen didn't during a taping of Lip Sync Battle, because that episode would have been must see TV. Or maybe it could have inspired a spin-off show, Projectile Puke Battle? Think about it, Paramount Network.

Some of Chrissy's bajillion followers asked she had a case of first day at school jitters. She said no, explaining, "It was last night's wine and Korean bbq and jet lag combo." Yes, that sounds like a recipe for disaster.

One person joked that maybe Chrissy was pregnant with baby number three, and experiencing morning sickness. She replied, "please lord no not right now lol."

One man replied, claiming to be one of the other parents in the room. But the sight of Chrissy hurling chunks of half-digested Korean barbecue meat didn't sour his first impression. "Great seeing you there!" he wrote. "The struggle is real and we've all been through it. You and @johnlegend are awesome parents and handled it respectfully. Hope Luna has a great school year!"

So, John Legend was there, too? Interesting. I hope he writes a song about it. There aren't enough R&B songs about projectile vomiting.

Other parents found this gross situation extremely relatable. In related news, I have decided to never have kids ever. Yuck.

One Twitter user joked that Chrissy should do the same thing when Luna starts high school. Excellent idea!

Chrissy has now entered the "embarrassing parent" stage and I'm here for it.

Another eye witness corroborated the story.

Other parents shared their own funny stories about puke. I did not realize there were so many. This is not a great article to read while eating, is it?

Well, kudos to Chrissy Teigen for sharing this precious moment with us. And please, please, please, do the same thing when Luna goes to elementary school, high school and college.
