The model, 39, regularly shares sweet updates about her family with her followers, including her latest photodump over the Super Bowl weekend.
She and her husband John Legend, 46, share Luna Simone, eight, Miles Theodore, six, Esti Maxine, two, and Wren Alexander, 19 months.
Chrissy shared a series of photos and videos of her and the children, starting off with one of her and her three youngest in the bath together.
The wholesome snap was soon flooded with a mixed reaction from her followers, with some criticizing Chrissy for sharing it.
They commented: "The bath pic is weird and unnecessary," and: "this a moment that should be kept private.. naked kids and a naked adult in the bath together should be the last thing someone thinks about putting out on the internet whether it was innocent or not…"
Others added: "Why post this?", and: "Cringe, kids deserve privacy too."
Some followers praised and defended Chrissy, writing: "These kids have a better relationship with their parents than any of you mom shaming her.. lol."
Another added: "Good lord the pearl clutching Karen's are out in force. Nothing wrong with the picture. It's wholesome family time. And if this bothers you. Why the f are you following her?"
The comment Chrissy chose to reply to, however, was about one specific feature in the photo - the color of the bathwater.
One follower wrote: "Why is she always in dirty bathwater?", to which Chrissy clapped back: "It’s a coconut milk bath for sensitive skin but go off!"

Fans quickly flooded her comment with likes, adding: "The people with zero clues always ring in…," and: "It has to be exhausting sometimes trying help people use critical thinking. Stay strong!"
Another follower commented: "It’s really sad how people have to bash you. I think you’re wonderful mother doesn’t listen to people. I guess you’re used to it, but people are evil."
It's not the first time an innocent bath has got Chrissy in some hot water (both physically and metaphorically).
Last year John, who she's been married to since 2013, uploaded a video of Chrissy soaking off her "body make-up" in the tub.
She then shared the video with her own followers, joking: "Currently getting roasted online for being dirty because no one listened to the audio where I say I’m soaking off body makeup (to shower after!) full blown fights in John’s comments.
"My favorite is 'baths are not for bathing'. I love a good old fashioned roasting though, u guys are killing it (it being never touching grass ever)."
John then responded, commenting: "Baths are not for bathing is some amazing internet-ness."
