Demi Lovato shows off 'baby' bump on Instagram, sending followers in a frenzy
Just one week ago, beloved singer Demi Lovato took to Instagram to go public with her new boyfriend, 25-year-old Austin Wilson.
It is still unknown just how long the former Disney star and the tattooed model have been romantically involved, but the pair announced their relationship with a series of adorable loved-up snaps.
Demi simply captioned her post: "My ❤️". Which was echoed by Austin who typed to his 125,000 followers, "My love".
Now, the 27-year-old singer and actress has sent her 75.2 million followers into a frenzy by uploading a picture of her looking gorgeous in a polka dot dress and cradling a 'baby' bump. Have you got some news for us, Demi?
The photo, which was posted on Wednesday, was captioned "Real or fake? #WillandGrace #MeetJenny."
Comments immediately flooded in, with many believing that Lovato was indeed pregnant - but not before they had read the full caption.
Instagram user leandroadam4 commented "@ddlovato are you going to be a mom?", while another user typed "Literally just had a mini heart attack".
Others added: "DEMI DONT PLAY W ME LIKE THIS" and "Ooh gurl unless you got 7 months pregnant in like 3 months than that's the Lords baby".
Demi's Instagram feed is always guaranteed to entertain. Check out this video of the time she knocked out her trainer's tooth:
But, yes, as you can guess from the hashtags, Demi's bump is actually a prosthetic, and it is all for her role in the upcoming Will & Grace reboot. Entertainment Weekly reported back in August that the singer will be appearing on the show in a three-episode arc, alongside Eric McCormack (Will).
From scanning through the comments, many people speculated that Demi's character will be providing Will and McCoy with a baby as their surrogate.
NBC has yet to reveal when the new season of the hit sitcom will debut, but they have confirmed that it will be the final season of Will & Grace.
