The year 2019 has struck a deep blow against fans of the reality TV show Dog the Bounty Hunter, after Beth, the wife of Duane 'Dog' Chapman, passed away the age of 51. Beth appeared alongside her spouse in the popular TV series as he was chasing down perps. Sadly, Beth had been fighting serious throat cancer since 2017. Although she was declared cancer-free later that same year after a 13-hour-long operation to remove tumorous growths, it was later announced that the cancer spread to her lungs. Beth was placed in a medically-induced coma after a choking incident and died on the morning of Wednesday, June 26. Family members, friends, and fans gathered on Fort DeRussy Beach for a 'paddle out' - which sees the bereaved honor the dead by paddling out to sea on a surfboard or a flotation device, before they form a circle or line and place a wreath of flowers in the ocean.
