Holland, 28, and his girlfriend Zendaya, 28, were in New York City attending the launch event of the actor's newest business venture Bero - a non-alcoholic beer brand - when they were swarmed by paparazzi and autograph hunters.

As the Spider-Man star managed to claw himself out of the crowd, his girlfriend stopped to interact with some fans but was immediately surrounded - much to the annoyance of Holland who stepped in to pull her out.

Holland could be seen pushing past people who were eager to catch the Dune actress and grabbed her hand before guiding her away from the crowd and into the venue.

The video of the incident was filmed by photographer Jackson Lee and later uploaded to Instagram on Thursday (October 24), before it was quickly reposted across multiple other social media platforms as fans gushed over Holland's heroic actions.

In another video, shared to TikTok by Entertainment Tonight, Holland can be heard saying, "Get out of the f***ing way", before telling the crowd: "No, no, no."

"Who needs bodyguards when you are dating Spiderman," wrote one user while another added: "That boy's momma ought to be proud!"

A third chimed in writing: "Good on him for taking care of his lady. shame on those camera dudes."

And this user referred to him as a "gentleman" while another stated: "This guy is the real deal."

He sure is! Have a look at the full videos below:

Speaking of their relationship, Holland has previously said that he chooses to keep the majority of his relationship with Zendaya out of the limelight in order to "protect" it.

"Our relationship is something that we are incredibly protective of and we want to keep as sacred as possible," Holland told The Hollywood Reporter in July 2023. "We don’t think that we owe it to anyone, it’s our thing, and it has nothing to do with our careers."

Zendaya has previously opened up about how much she "appreciates" her boyfriend in a rare discussion about her love life.

"There are many things, obviously, that I appreciate," she told InStyle for a cover story. "In an actor way, I appreciate that he really loves being Spider-Man. It’s a lot of pressure - you take on the role of a superhero wherever you go. To the little kid who walks by, you are Spider-Man. I think he handled that so well.

"And seeing him at work, even though he’s not a Virgo, he is a perfectionist," the actress continued.

"[He's also] very charismatic," she said. "[He] can make anybody feel comfortable and have a good laugh and a good chat. A good chat - I sound so British."

This is why this pairing will always be one of our ultimate faves!
