Bianca Censori has once again grabbed attention with one of her most revealing looks to date, stepping out alongside husband Kanye West, with no underwear on.
The Australian architect, 31, was photographed during a date night with West in Tbilisi, Georgia, wearing a sheer halter-style feathered dress with nothing underneath. She completed the eye-catching outfit with feathered platform heels and a cat face mask.
At one point during the outing, Censori removed the mask as she and West walked away from photographers. West, 49, opted for a leather jacket, matching pants and brown boots for the evening.
The appearance came shortly after Censori shared a rare public message to mark West's birthday.
Posting on Instagram, she paid tribute to the rapper, whom she married in December 2022 following his split from Kim Kardashian.
“Happy birthday @ye. I Iove you more than life,” she captioned a video of West singing and dancing.
The post offered an unusual glimpse into the couple's relationship, with Censori typically keeping her social media activity focused on fashion and creative projects.
Censori had also recently promoted West's new track, Gemini Season, by sharing the music video on Instagram.
The clip features her wearing a white satin bodysuit while milking a cow. Towards the end of the video, West appears on screen and pours the container of milk into her mouth.
The latest sighting continues a streak of headline-making fashion choices from Censori. In recent months, she has worn a plunging metallic bodysuit at Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles, a sheer silver-coloured bodysuit with matching tights and platform boots, and a pearl-white dress that prompted comparisons to Star Wars character Princess Leia due to her braided hairstyle.
Censori's latest outfit left little to the imagination and added another chapter to her increasingly bold public wardrobe.
She has regularly stepped out in unconventional looks throughout 2026, including metallic bodysuits, sheer ensembles and futuristic-inspired outfits that have sparked discussion online.
The Tbilisi outing reinforced the couple's reputation for attracting attention wherever they go, with Censori once again making a statement through fashion while accompanying West on a night out.
