In August 2017, Chris Pratt and Anna Faris announced that they were no longer a couple. On his official Facebook page, the Guardians of the Galaxy actor broke the sad news, saying, "We tried hard for a long time, and we're really disappointed. Our son has two parents who love him very much and for his sake we want to keep this situation as private as possible moving forward."

Since then, the couple have seemed to maintain their amicability as best as they can. "We’ll always have each other and be incredible friends," Faris said later on in an interview. "We watched each other grow, and he still cracks me up all the time. And I think I crack him up — unless he’s a really good actor and great at faking laughter."

However, there have been one or two rocky moments since their split - and Jennifer Lawrence found herself being at the center of one of them.

The first harsh knock to Faris' and Pratt's newfound "friendship" was the rumors that Faris was "furious" that her ex-husband had started dating Olivia Munn. Pratt and Munn were friends while he was still with Faris, and had even spent some time together as couples (at the time, Munn had been dating NFL player Aaron Rodgers).

However, last month, Munn shared a text message exchange between herself and Faris that proved otherwise. In the message, Munn assured Faris that a recent tabloid story about herself and Pratt was not true, and finished off by wishing the actress a happy new year.

Faris, in return, said, "You are so sweet to text ... let's please catch up soon" - so there's obviously no animosity there.

A year before that, however, different rumors began to circulate that Jennifer Lawrence was having an affair with Pratt while he was still married - and she's only just spoken out to finally clear up the matter.

"I never had an affair with Chris Pratt on Passengers," she said in an interview yesterday.

And she denied it at the time, too - as did Pratt. However, Faris later admitted that she was made to feel "incredibly insecure" about the rumors, and the thought of her husband cheating on her behind her back made her feel "hurt".

When Faris and Pratt eventually split, those rumors obviously got resurfaced.

"I mean they got a divorce like two years later and everybody was like [shouting] Jennifer Lawrence! And I was like what the … what I’m in Montreal two years later," the 27-year-old Hunger Games actress said.

She also mentioned that she'd been tied to another big name Hollywood actor on another occasion. "It was super flattering but at one point I was just like ‘dating Brad Pitt’," she said. "We were having like ‘secret rendezvous’. You know that was weird."

So, it turns out that there really was no foul play between JLaw and Pratt. However, in her latest film Red Sparrow, Lawrence's nude scenes have been causing quite a stir...
