Though we might care to imagine that it's all sunshine, red carpets and fast cars, life as an A-list celebrity comes with its own set of pitfalls, problems and trials.
Of course, you might say that the riches, fame and adoration make all of those problems worthwhile, but it is surely true that living your life in the constant glare of the public eye must be far from easy.
Indeed, I find it remarkable that more celebrities don't completely lose their cool when they're surrounded by paparazzi. Think, for a moment about your morning commute. The sheer number of bodies around you, the proximity, the stifling heat. Imagine all of that, but with those people all attempting to take your photograph and staring at you like a fish in a fishbowl. Not so easy, huh?
Someone who knows this arguably better than anyone else on the planet is Justin Bieber.
The singer has been in the public eye for close to a decade now, and the focus of attention has been nigh on relentless.
Perhaps this is why, reportedly, he married Hailey Baldwin in private in September of this year, especially considering the furore surrounding their relationship before they even got engaged.
Well now, Bieber has given us a glimpse into life as a "married man", revealing that this year was his first time hosting Thanksgiving;
"Happy late thanksgiving to everyone. First thanksgiving as a married man, first time hosting thanksgiving. First time both sides of the family has come together. Relationships are hard and love isn’t always easy but thank you Jesus for showing me how! Every day is a learning process, trying to be more like him, patient, kind, selfless, boy I got a long way! But gods grace is sufficient !"
It's great to hear Bieber giving himself such worthy goals in life, and that he is working hard on his relationship with model Hailey Baldwin.
Thursday was also Baldwin's 22nd birthday, and Bieber's mom documented the event on Instagram as he sung happy birthday to her and gave her a cake.
Bieber and Baldwin first announced their engagement back in July, when the singer wrote;
"Hailey I am soooo in love with everything about you!
"So committed to spending my life getting to know every single part of you loving you patiently and kindly.
"My heart is COMPLETELY and FULLY YOURS and I will ALWAYS put you first!
"You are the love of my life Hailey Baldwin and I wouldn't want to spend it with anybody else."
We wish the happy couple all the best. Now, it's almost time to whack that Bieber Christmas album out again, isn't it?
