When Keanu Reeves is smiling, you can guarantee the rest of us will be smiling too.
The 57-year-old Matrix star was looking sharp as he arrived on the red carpet of the 2022 MOCA Gala with girlfriend Alexandra Grant, 49.
The gala took place on Saturday evening and was held at The Geffen Contemporary at MOCA in Los Angeles, with the event hailed as a "fundraising celebration" for the Museum of Contemporary Art.
Reeves and Grant first went public with their relationship in November 2019, when the couple walked the showed up to the red carpet of the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) Art + Film Gala.
Per the Daily Mail, Grant hails from Ohio, but grew up in various parts of the world. An artist in her own right, she's been working in the arts since graduating from Swarthmore College in 1994. Since then, she's had her work exhibited in various prestigious spaces across the world, including the LACMA, the Galerie Gradiva in Paris, and The Harris Lieberman Gallery in New York.
The couple first met in 2011 and collaborated on a number of different projects. For instance, Grant provided the art for the books Ode To Happiness and Shadows - two volumes of poetry written by Keanu himself.
And the sight of a beaming Reeves holding hands with Grant truly warmed the hearts of his fans on social media.
"I AM SO HAPPY FOR THEM. He looks so happy, they look happy and amazing together. Keanu Reeves deserves the best," one Twitter user wrote.
Sharing a picture of the happy couple, another added: "I hope that Keanu Reeves stays this happy forever."
A few months after first going public with Reeves, Grant spoke to Vogue about the sudden attention she was receiving.
Speaking in March 2020, she said: "I think every single person I knew called me in the first week of November, and that's fascinating. But the question I've been asking in all of this is: 'What is the opportunity for good?'"
Grant was then asked about the possibility of one day marrying the beloved actor, to which she said, "Over a glass of wine … I would love to tell you. Love at every level is deeply important to my identity. How's that for dodging the question?
"I do not believe that isolation is the way. There is a period of isolation that I do as a painter, but I deeply value the experience of being in relationships."
Either way - we cannot get over how happy these two look!
