Kelly Clarkson "screamed" with "joy" while filming The Voice after discovering that her prenup is valid.
The singer, 39, who is worth an estimated $45 million, is in the midst of a divorce with her ex-husband Brandon Blackstock, 44, the Daily Mail reports.
She received the news on the set of The Voice on Wednesday (August 11), TMZ reports, and "let out a scream" of joy before celebrating with fellow coaches Blake Shelton and Ariana Grande.
According to the news outlet, the 'Breakaway' singer was informed by her lawyer in an email that the prenup would be upheld, allowing her to keep the majority of her assets and income.
The news comes after Clarkson was temporarily ordered to pay Blackstock $200K-a-month in spousal and child support.
The document revealed that Clarkson has a personal income of $1,583,617 a month.
Blackstock had requested a 50/50 share of all of the former couple's properties, as well as the income that Clarkson earned during their marriage.
But now, according to TMZ, Clarkson will keep the majority of these assets including the Montana ranch where Blackstock is currently living.
The Daily Mail reports that fellow judge on The Voice, Shelton, has also cut ties with music manager Blackstock, who he had worked with for a number of years.
A judge agreed with Clarkson's divorce attorney that the couple's prenup had to be taken into account amid their divorce.

According to the report, Clarkson now has the ability to sell the Montana ranch as it was her original purchase.
The couple's divorce has officially been "bifurcated", which means that the end of the marriage has been declared.
The report states that Clarkson has primary custody of the couple's youngest children, River, seven, and Remington, five.
While Clarkson had agreed to pay 70% of the children's school fees, she had refused to pay for the Montana ranch.
The ranch costs $81,000 a month to maintain, the Daily Mail reports, and the judge has ordered Blackstock to pay this fee, although the new document suggests that Clarkson will likely sell the property.
As well as revealing Clarkson's income, the documents showed that Blackstock was learning $10K a month compared to her $1.5M.
It is not yet known what the former couple's final spousal support settlement will be.
