Kelly Clarkson has finally settled the terms of her divorce from Brandon Blackstock.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the 39-year-old singer will pay her ex $1.3 million in a whopping one-off payment. Additionally, this will be followed by monthly child support payments of $45,601 for their two children, seven-year-old River Rose and five-year-old Remington Alexander.

While the couple has agreed on joint custody over their kids, River and Remington will live mainly at Clarkson's Los Angeles home.

So that the children can travel out of state to visit their father at the couple's Montana ranch - where he'll be living for the time being - Clarkson and Blackstock have included another agreement in their divorce. Per the court papers, both kids will be vaccinated against Covid-19 to make cross-state travel run smoothly.

Per People, the couple owns two Montana properties, both of which will go to Clarkson. However, Blackstock will pay his ex-wife $2,000 each month in rent to continue living on the ranch until June.

On top of the child support payments, American Idol winner Clarkson was originally ordered to pay her ex $150,000 a month in spousal support in July last year.

However, the new settlement has lowered the spousal support payments, ordering that she only pays $115,000 a month until January 31, 2024.

Meanwhile, the court doc details how Clarkson and Blackstock will be divvying up their joint possessions. Clarkson will get the family pets, a flight simulator, and multiple cars including a Ford Bronco, a Ford F-250, and a Porsche Cayenne. Blackstock will be taking their "farm cattle, livestock, stock dogs, and horses," a golf simulator, a couple of Patek Philippe watches, and several vehicles of his own, including CAT snowmobiles.

The pair started dating in 2012 and tied the know just a year later. After seven years of marriage, Clarkson filed for divorce in June 2020, People confirms.

After prolonged divorce negotiations, Clarkson requested to be declared legally single in July last year, reasoning that both she and her ex "deserve the opportunity to build a new life" per People.
